I wanted that picture. It was an amazing view from the 13th floor. I was at a gala in a ritzy Tribeca lounge – and I had to have it! So I strolled to the window, camera in hand, angled it just right and took the shot!
Upon reviewing the prize I sucked my teeth. I was disappointed; I had not captured what I wanted, the other side of the raindrop riddled window. So I shook my head and started to murmur under my breath. And when I looked into my gallery -THIS HAPPENED; and I was reminded how God often provides the greatest beauty through the lens of a shifted perspective.
